If you want to install this stuff per apt-get, try adding the followed lines
to your /etc/apt/sources.list:

 deb http://apt.scunc.it/ sarge main
 deb-src http://apt.scunc.it/ sarge main

Then you can install this system with one command:

 apt-get install vhcs
